Resources and help
No gated PDFs and no newsletter wall. The questions people actually ask, the vocabulary the platform uses, and what to have ready before the assessment.
Frequently asked
If something is missing here, the assessment itself is the fastest way to get a specific answer — it is free and it does not require payment details.

None of them are mandatory. The assessment works without them; it just produces a sharper report with them.
Including the ones barely used. Overlapping subscriptions are one of the most common findings, and they are usually the cheapest thing to fix.
Not the biggest one — the one that annoys someone every single day. Frequency matters more than size for a first project.
How many quotes, jobs, enquiries or invoices a week. An order of magnitude is enough; we will label anything derived from it as an estimate.

Some decisions should stay human, and knowing which ones up front saves a round of rework. We will add our own list to yours.

Support runs inside the platform rather than through a shared inbox, so a request is attached to the project, the automation and the run it concerns — and so the engineer who picks it up can see exactly what happened without asking you to explain it again.
Log in to raise a requestThe assessment takes about fifteen minutes of your time and returns a ranked, costed opportunity list reviewed by a human engineer. You keep the report either way.
No payment details. No sales call required.
