Pricing
A number on a website for work this variable is either padded to cover the worst case or a bait figure that moves after the first call. Instead: the assessment is free and needs no payment details, and it ends with a fixed scope and a fixed price for a specific piece of work.
Engagement shapes
Most clients start with a fixed-price project and add a subscription once something is live and has to stay that way.
Quoted per scope
The usual starting shape. One clearly bounded piece of work — an automation, an integration, a knowledge system, a site — with acceptance criteria agreed before anything is built.
Price is fixed at approval. If we discover the scope was wrong, we come back to you rather than quietly billing more.
Monthly, per scope
For anything that has to keep working: maintenance on live automations, AI employees in production, hosted knowledge systems, and continuous monitoring.
Priced on what is under management, not on seats. Adding a user does not change the bill.
Monthly, with agreed capacity
For businesses that want continuous progress rather than one project a year. Discovery, delivery and improvement run as a standing loop with a monthly capacity you control.
Everything still passes through verification, engineer sign-off and your approval. Capacity does not mean autonomy.
What moves the number
These are the questions the assessment answers, which is why a real quote comes after it rather than before.
Cost tracks integration surface far more than it tracks feature count. Two systems with clean APIs is a small job; five, one of which has no export, is not.
Clean, consistent records are cheap to automate. Records that disagree between systems need reconciliation before anything else can be trusted, and that is real work.
Higher risk means more verification, more approval gates and more rollback capability. We would rather charge for that than skip it.
Something that runs a thousand times a day and changes monthly needs more monitoring and maintenance than something that runs weekly and never changes.
If your team will operate it without us, documentation and training are part of the scope. If we run it, they are part of the subscription instead.
Never an upsell
These are not a premium tier. They are the reason the platform exists, and charging separately for them would make the rest of it meaningless.
Questions
The assessment is free, takes about fifteen minutes of your time, and never asks for payment details. It ends with a ranked opportunity list and a fixed-price proposal for the first project.
No payment details. No sales call required.
